M1 Series: GP Models

MoTeC's GP solutions provide exceptional flexibility to suit different types of engines, both port injection and direct injection. These models were developed with the ability to be configured according to a wide range of applications, allowing precise adaptation to the specific needs of each project. Whether in automotive, marine or industrial applications, MoTeC's GP solutions guarantee optimized performance and reliability thanks to their advanced technology and customization capabilities.

M1 Series: Targeted ECUs

We develop tailor-made solutions for you, configuring the ECU firmware specifically for your vehicle's engine. In many cases, this adaptation includes integration with other vehicle control systems, such as the original dashboard, power steering, and ABS braking system, among others. For some applications, we offer complete plug-in kits, which include all necessary additional hardware and specific wiring harnesses. These kits are designed to guarantee simplified installation and exclusive.

M1 Series

Our range of fully programmable Electronic Control Units (ECUs) ranges from the older Hundred series models, known as the “gold box”, to the latest generation M1 series ECUs.

M1 Series ECUs are especially recognized for their advanced ability to manage modern and complex engines. Designed to deliver precise and efficient control, these units are ideal for applications that require high performance and adaptability to contemporary automotive technologies.

Displays

The D1 series offers “display only” variants that include the D153, a compact 3.5-inch satellite display ideal for steering wheel mounting, and the 5-inch D175. These displays are adjustable through the Display Creator, which is provided with the product for customization.

On the other hand, the C1 “Race” series (C125, C127, and C1212) is initially configured as a display only, using several predefined screen layouts. For those looking for greater flexibility.

Display Loggers

Display Loggers are highly versatile devices designed to meet a range of individual preferences. They offer the flexibility to configure as needed, providing a personalized experience for users.

Data Loggers

MoTeC is recognized for its wide range of data loggers, designed to meet diverse requirements. Among them, the L1 series models stand out, such as the L120 and L180.

MoTeC's L120 recorder is a robust option that shares the advanced features of the C125 model but is supplied in a closed unit, without an integrated display. Available in two main variants, one with USB expansion and one without, the L120 stands out for its versatility and ability.

Power Distribution Modules

MoTeC's Power Distribution Modules (PDMs) represent a significant evolution compared to traditional systems of relays, fuses, and circuit breakers. Designed to provide electronically controlled power distribution, these devices are essential for a variety of vehicle electrical systems. Data Analysis Tools

In addition to offering advanced data acquisition hardware, MoTeC's comprehensive i2 data analysis software provides a full range of essential tools for optimizing both chassis and engine performance and reliability. i2 software is designed to enable detailed analysis and precise adjustments, assisting engineers and technicians in the continuous improvement of vehicles. T2 Telemetry software enables engineers to monitor performance in real time.

Event Recorders

The ADR2 is an advanced second generation of accident data recorders from MoTeC. Designed to capture crucial information in vehicle accidents, such as lateral, longitudinal, and vertical accelerations, ADR2 provides a detailed analysis of the forces involved in high-impact collisions. This data is essential not only to understand the events during the accident but also to assist in the medical evaluation of the drivers.

Paddle Shift Kit

The paddle shift assist kit was developed as a hardware solution specifically designed to integrate paddle shift with a racing sequential gearbox. This kit is ideal for high-performance vehicle applications, offering a smooth and quick transition between gears. Diff Control

The Subaru (SDC) and Mitsubishi (MDC2) differential controllers are devices designed for specific WRX and Evo models, respectively. These controllers give drivers programmable control over the distribution of traction between the front and rear wheels, allowing for personalized adjustments to suit individual driving preferences. ASDC and MDC2 units are designed for high performance and quality.

Lap Timing

MoTeC's Lap Timing system is made up of one or more Beacon Transmitters (BTX) positioned along the track and a Beacon Receiver (BR2) installed in the vehicle or integrated into a GPS unit that records the start/finish line coordinates. The Beacon/GPS Receiver can be connected to a MoTeC display, data logger or ECU. This system allows exceptional precision in lap timing with real-time data.

Expanders

MoTeC offers a variety of expansion modules designed to meet the needs of various applications. These modules are designed to expand both the inputs and outputs of your systems. Lambda Measurement

To ensure accurate engine tuning, it is crucial to measure the air/fuel ratio in the exhaust gases after combustion. MoTeC offers advanced solutions for this measurement. MoTeC's LTC (Lambda to CAN) device allows precise measurement of the lambda ratio and transmits this data via CAN signals to an M1 ECU, display, data logger or closed recording system.
